Anne Elvey è poetessa, curatrice e ricercatrice su temi come lo studio biblico ecologico, la decolonizzazione, la teologia ecologica e l’ecopoetica. Anne Elvey is a poet, editor and researcher, with interests in ecological biblical studies, decolonisation, ecological theology, and ecopoetics. Her recent poetry publications include: Kin (5Islands Press, 2014), shortlisted for the Kenneth Slessor Poetry Prize in the New South Wales Premier’s Literary Awards 2015, and This flesh that you know (Leaf Press, 2015), international winner of the Overleaf Chapbook Manuscript Award 2015. Her new collection White on White is forthcoming from Cordite Books in 2018. She is author of The Matter of the Text: Material Engagements between Luke and the Five Senses, and coeditor of several volumes of essays: on ecology, war and religion; climate change; and feminist perspectives on Eucharist. Anne is inaugural managing editor of “Plumwood Mountain: An Australian Journal of Ecopoetry and Ecopoetics”, and is chief editor with “Melbourne Poets Union”. She holds honorary appointments at Monash University and University of Divinity where she is a member of the Centre for Research in Religion and Social Policy.
